Hello David Cox Family! My name is Irene Stanton Stewart, and I am excited about joining the Dynamic Dolphins as your Dean of Students.

 I have lived in Charlotte, NC for 17 years. I am from Chicago, IL. My family still lives in the Windy City, but my husband and I decided to make Charlotte our home to raise our children.

 I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and my Master's in School Administration from University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I have had the opportunity to serve in various roles throughout my 15 years in education. For the last three years, I have served as a Dean of Students. Whether serving as a grade level chair, instructional coach, or dean of students, my goal is to have a positive impact on student achievement.
