If your child is going to be a consistent afternoon car rider, please complete the google form below. You do not need to complete this if your child is only a morning car rider. 

• Regardless of weather, please pull all the way forward to the furthest spot around the circle.  We need to fit as many vehicles in the circle as possible to make the line move efficiently. 
• Children should remain on the sidewalk the entire time after exiting the vehicle.
• Please do not line-up before 7:25 am. Vehicles are not allowed to “stack” up on Sherwood Dr. Please be aware that staff need to access the bottom lot.
• Access to the car rider circle will close promptly at 8:00 am so staff can report to classrooms for instruction.  If you arrive after 8:00 am, please pull into the upper bus lot and walk your child to the front door and ring the bell. 
• Do not drop your child in lower lot and walk them up. All students must be dropped off in the car rider circle.  
• Please make sure your student is ready to exit the vehicle (shoes on, breakfast finished, book bag in hand) when you enter the circle.

• Please display your car rider sign on your car’s windshield.
• If your child does not come out when their name is called, please hang your car rider sign outside your window so that a staff member can locate them in the gym.
  • You will then be asked to pull forward to an empty parking spot to wait until your child is located and walked to your car. The person at the end of the car rider circle will direct you where to park.
• You must have your car rider sign when picking up your child. If a sign is not presented then please be prepared to show proper ID to the car rider team member calling names.
• All parents must be in the car rider line by 3:00 pm.
