        • Good Friends Charlotte is a women's organization supporting individuals and families with financial resources to improve lives and inspire hope. Clients must have been denied for assistance by Crisis Assistance Ministries within the last 30 days and be able to provide proof with the denial slip before receiving assistance. Referral application is online.

    • Safe Alliance Domestic Violence Shelter
      • Serves Mecklenburg County residents in imminent danger ready to escape from a domestic violence situation. The shelter has 19 apartment-style suites for families and 10 units for single adults
